1. Why does my credit card keep declining or show an error when I try making a purchase?

***Security is set on high. 

A1: Make sure you input your correct credit card billing information.  Your name and billing address MUST MATCH the name and address to your credit card statements.  Include correct street address, postal code and do not include symbols before unit numbers (#,/).  Check for address changes you might have made in the past. 

A2: You can also checkout as a guest by using the PayPal Express checkout option if paying directly by your credit card is giving you problems.
